Keto Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Roll Ups

2 flour tortillas (gluten-free, Paleo, or regular will work), slightly heated
4 to 6 tbsp (regular or vegan)
1/2 tbsp coconut sugar , more to sprinkle
1/2 tsp cinnamon , more to spray
1 tsp butter (vegan or ordinary)
Maple syrup


1 In a small bowl, mix coconut sugar and cinnamon.

2 Set aside for the last step.
3 Gently heat the tortillas on the stove (just for a few seconds to make them more flexible).

4 Spread each tortilla from 2 to 3 c. with cream cheese, covering the entire surface.

5 Sprinkle the layer of cream cheese with a good amount of cinnamon and coconut sugar (not the mixture you made; this will be used later).
6 Gently roll the tortillas up, and then use a sharp knife to cut into small bites.
7 Heat a pan over medium-low heat with butter. 8 Once hot, add the rolls and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crispy and slightly browned.
9 Dip each roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture (make sure each piece has some butter in it from the pan to help the mix bar).

10 Depending on the size of your tortillas, you may need to mix a little more cinnamon and coconut sugar to coat them.
11 Serve with maple syrup and savor!
