Mexican Humberger and Shells

1lb ground sirloin
2 cups uncooked shells
4 oz tomato sauce
1/4 small onion chopped
1/4 bell pepper sliced
4-5 cups water
1 beef bullion cube
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper


1 Brown beef over medium heat in the Dutch oven drain add the shells and stir around a little to fry with the beef add all the remaining condiments with onions and pepper.

2 Add the tomato sauce and stir, (make sure to break the bucket of bars and stir around as it dissolves with heat) cover with water and simmer for 5 minutes.

3 Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until the shells are tender.

4 Serve and enjoy!
