8 chicken thighs without skin
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno or chili
‍ teaspoon allspice or sweet pepper, same as black pepper, curry, and ginger
A pinch of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of chicken broth
Extra virgin olive oil

For this recipe we will use some skinless chicken thighs, in this way we will get all the spices adhere better to the meat. The greatness of this dish is that it has a flavor of the most intense that manages to cover conventional meat with glory.
We prepare a bag of those used to freeze food. We introduce pepper, curry, and ginger in the amounts of the recipe. We will give it a sweet touch with cinnamon. We mix these solid spices.
Add the lemon, a little brown sugar, soy sauce, and chicken broth. We will mix until we have a kind of salsa of an intense color.

Peel and cut the onion very thin, we will add it to the mixture of flavors. With everything ready, we place the chicken and let it macerate at least an hour in the fridge.
When ready, heat the pan with plenty of olive oil. We fry the pieces carefully, we want the oil not to lose temperature. With the chicken cooked to our liking, we remove them from the fire and place them on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
Serve with a little mayonnaise or tomato sauce, we will have ready a fried chicken with an exquisite spicy touch.
