8 chicken thighs without skin
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno or chili
teaspoon allspice or sweet pepper, same as black pepper, curry, and ginger
A pinch of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of chicken broth
